This Competition is open only to residents of the Maltese Islands aged 17 and over.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
You are providing your information to Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd. and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for contacting you if you are one of the winners and for promotional materials related specifically to the nature of the competition.
Each winner will be contacted individually by email and may be required to take part in a promotional activity. The prize will consist of 3 bottles of 75 cl of Spritzzer and 2 wine glasses and needs to be picked up from the Delicata Winery in Malta at an agreed time by 19th May 2021.
The winners will be randomly drawn from amongst all the individuals who have filled in all required details (Name/Surname/Email Address/Mobile Number) and answered the qualifying question.
The competition closes on 12th May 2021 at 1200hrs noon CET and the winner will be drawn on the same day. No more entries will be accepted after the competition closes.
All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd. retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative.
The promotion is not open to employees of Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd., their agencies, or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the Competition.
No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside the control of Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the Competition.
Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd. reserves the right to suspend and disqualify any user(s) who they suspect of breaking these terms and conditions.
There is no legal recourse. Emmanuel Delicata and Sons Ltd. and its selected third parties' decisions are final in all cases.
