This Competition is open only to residents of the Maltese Islands aged 18 and over.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook
You are providing your information to Farsons Beverage Imports Company Limited (FBIC) and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for contacting you if you are one of the winners and for promotional materials related specifically to the nature of the competition.
The winner will be contacted individually by email and may be required to take part in a promotional activity. The prize will consist of EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the Hotel Takeover Weekender event including ALL events programme & Standard DOUBLE SEAVIEW room (Bed & Breakfast) for two persons.. This will be sent via email from FBIC representative as a voucher valid for this event only from 17th till the 19th July 2020.
The winner will be randomly drawn from amongst all the individuals who have filled in all required details (Name/Surname/Email Address/Mobile Number) and answered the qualifying question.
The competition closes on 15th July 2020 at 1200hrs noon CET and the winner will be drawn at 1600hrs on the same day. No more entries will be accepted after the competition closes.
All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. FBIC retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative.
The promotion is not open to employees of FBIC, their agencies, or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the Competition.
No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside FBIC's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
FBIC cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the Competition.
FBIC reserves the right to suspend and disqualify any user(s) who they suspect of breaking these terms and conditions.
There is no legal recourse. FBIC and its selected third parties' decisions are final in all cases.
