- Evaluation of entire machine from end-to-end, including:
- Sealing Die Top:
Disassemble, clean out any debris, inspect compression springs for pusher plate, (replace if needed), replace bladders, and check resistance on heaters and thermocouple, and reassemble. -
Sealing Die Bottom:
Inspect and/or replace all gaskets for different die sets, replace O-ring cord if needed. - Sealing Vacuum Valve:
Remove from machine, disassemble, clean, inspect piston rings and seals (replace if needed), lubricate, inspect all vacuum hoses, and reassemble. - Sealing Die Lift:
Check movement, die gap, inspect all bearings, wear plates, bushings, locks and reed switches. -
Forming Die Top:
Remove, inspect for debris around the heater plate, and ventilation pass through holes in plate, clean if needed. - Forming Die Bottom
Change O-ring cord gasket and clean debris. - Transport Chains:
Check chain tension, inspect for bent or missing grippers, remove any debris, and adjust if necessary.
