Participants may submit multiple entries but can only win once. Entries must include where the antique was found and must be from Texas. By submitting a photo as your contest entry, you affirm that any content submitted as part of your entry is your original creation; has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right of any person or entity (including rights of privacy or publicity); is your sole and exclusive property; and that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit.

By submitting your entry, you hereby grant Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies the right to use your submitted entry (photo, comment, etc.) on any and all Texas Farm Bureau Insurance marketing materials (including but not limited to social media sites, Texas Heritage for Living magazine, and TFBIC-owned websites).

Submitted photos that are deemed inappropriate by Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies will not be posted on Facebook or considered as a valid entry.
